A small practice: one doctor, one nurse and one person at reception. You will see the same faces every time.
Time to listen
Appointments are twenty minutes as standard and longer for a first visit. You will not be rushed out of the room.
Plain explanations
You leave knowing what we found, what happens next and what to do if things change. In Catalan, Spanish or English, whichever you prefer.
One point of contact
Dra. Serra follows your care from the first visit onwards and coordinates with specialists when a referral is needed.

Your first visit
Bring your health card or insurance card, a photo ID and a list of any medication you take. Arrive ten minutes early so reception can register you. The first visit lasts about thirty minutes.

Insurance and payment
We accept the public health card for some services and work with most major private insurers. If you are unsure whether your policy covers a visit, ask us before booking and we will check for you. Self-pay prices are listed with each service.
