Family doctor and founder
Dra. Marta Serra
Marta Serra trained in Barcelona and spent her residency years in a busy primary care centre in Nou Barris, where she learned that a good consultation starts with listening. She opened the practice in 2012 so that patients could see the same doctor every time, without the clock setting the pace. Outside the clinic she swims early in the morning and reads more history than medicine.
Qualifications
Degree in Medicine and Surgery, Universitat de Barcelona
Specialist in Family and Community Medicine (MIR residency)
Postgraduate course in Travel Medicine and Vaccinology

Nurse
Núria Pons
Núria joined the practice in 2015 after eight years on a hospital ward in Girona. She takes the morning blood samples, runs the vaccination clinic and is the person patients call when a dressing needs changing or a reading looks odd. Children tend to ask for her by name.

Reception and patient coordination
Jordi Amat
Jordi is the first voice on the phone and the first face at the desk. He manages the diary, deals with insurers so that you do not have to, and makes sure reports and prescriptions are ready when you arrive. He speaks three languages and is patient in all of them.

Training in data protection for health records
